Therese
I'm Therese, a paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 8 years of
experience supporting children and their families. For the past 2 years, I have
worked in the community setting, providing services to children and young
people aged 0–18 years, while also supporting Early Childhood Intervention
key workers. Prior to moving to Australia, I gained 6 years of clinic-based
experience in the Philippines, working primarily with children with Autism,
ADHD, and developmental delays.
Â
My passion lies in supporting children of all abilities to participate
meaningfully in their everyday lives. I strive to bring both play and progress
into every therapy session, recognising that children learn best when they feel
engaged, connected, and supported. I am committed to providing client-
centred and family-centred care, and I believe that meaningful progress is
achieved through strong collaboration with families and caregivers.
Â
As a therapist, I value the power of play-based practice in fostering
connection, motivation, and skill development. My clinical interests include
sensory processing and integration, emotional regulation, social participation,
and capacity-building supports that promote independence in daily
occupations. I am passionate about ongoing professional development and
continually seek opportunities to learn and grow so I can provide the best
possible support to the children and families I work with.

I love all things cosy and cute.
